For sale is a well-maintained Bavaria 40 owner's version from the first owner.
The boat has been sailed exclusively by the owner and regularly maintained, which is reflected in its good condition.
The yacht offers generous comfort:
Room layout: Spacious wet rooms, plenty of storage space in the lockers and a cosy reading corner in the saloon.
Galley: The well-equipped angle galley offers everything you need for longer trips.
Retrofitted: A bow thruster was retrofitted, which makes maneuvering easier.

An extensive refit was carried out in 2019/20, which included the following work:
- Revision of the teak deck,
- Renewal of the large deck hatches,
- modernization of salon furniture,
- Replacement of all upholstery and covers.
In spring 2024, the underwater paint was completely renewed, which keeps the hull in excellent condition.
The engine was always serviced by a specialist company.
The saildrive was completely overhauled in 2023, including the renewal of the saildrive seal.

As a practical accessory, a Zodiac inflatable boat for 4 people with a reliable Honda four-stroke engine (2.3 hp) is included in the price.
Invoices for the original purchase (incl. VAT), as well as all repairs and regular maintenance are available.

This yacht is ready for new adventures and offers a comfortable sailing experience in top condition!
