The SLY 42, launched in 2007, is well-equipped, featuring a carbon mast and spinnaker pole, 3 mast-mounted jumbos, Raymarine autopilot, diesel heating, internal and external GPS, NKE electronics, and an HI-Fi system with external speakers. In 2024, the cooling circuit was fully dismantled and serviced. In 2023, a new carbon jib and new batteries (2 for the engine and 1 for services); in 2022, a new gennaker was added. In 2019, the mast was serviced on land, along with new silent blocks and new sails; in 2018, new sails were installed, and the sail-drive seal was replaced. In 2016, the rigging was redone.
