With this Maxim 380 MKII (built in 2004), we present you with a well-equipped cruising catamaran in owner's version, which was designed especially for demanding long-distance cruising and independent cruising.
The combination of solid construction quality, extensive modernisation and high energy self-sufficiency makes this ship an attractive overall package.

Concept & Construction
Designed by Simonis and built in South Africa, the catamaran impresses with its stable GRP sandwich construction with PVC core.
The CE category A underlines the seaworthiness and opens up a wide range of possible uses - from coastal cruises to blue water trips.
With a length of around 11.90 m and a width of 6.30 m, the Maxim 380 MKII offers a balance between living comfort, performance and ease of use.

Modernizations & Equipment
A special focus is on the on-board technology, which has been consistently modernized in recent years:

Propulsion & Sailing Characteristics
Two reliable Lombardini diesel engines, each with 29 hp, ensure safe maneuverability, supported by saildrive drives. [

The sail setup includes:
* Mainsail approx. 50 m²
* Genoa approx. 35 m²
* Asymmetrical spinnaker with recovery system

A well thought-out anchor gear with Rocna anchor and 50 m chain ensures safety even in demanding conditions.

Deck & Outside
The spacious cockpit with bimini, integrated bathing area and davits offers both comfort and functionality.
The installation of the solar panels on a stable implement carrier underlines the clear focus on energy-efficient on-board life.

Interior & Layout
The yacht is designed as a 3-cabin owner's version and convinces with a clear, homely space concept:
Port (owner's hull):
* Spacious master cabin in the foreship (approx. 140 × 200 cm)
* Comfortable bathroom in the aft ship
* Extensive storage spaces

Starboard (guest hull):
* Two double cabins
* Continuous room concept with access to the bathroom

The saloon offers an inviting U-shaped sofa and a functional galley with a large fridge and freezer area – ideal for longer stays on board.

Navigation & Comfort
The extensive on-board equipment includes, among others:
* Autopilot, GPS, radar and chartplotter
* VHF radio system
* Heating system (newly installed)
* Pressurized water and hot water system
* full kitchen equipment
This equipment ensures a high level of safety and comfort during the journey and in port.

Berth & Availability
The yacht is currently moored in Barth near Stralsund.
A paid berth until the end of the season 2026 offers additional added value for the future owner.
